All UK items are handmade by the owner Grace on her domestic knitting machine or at the incredible London knit studio 'Interlock Studio'

We mostly use 100% cashmere from redundant items we have unwound, saving it from landfill. However as demand has grown, we are starting to source some deadstock.

As each item is handmade, we have to allow 4-6 weeks for make.

We ship to the UK, EU, USA and Canada.

United States Shipping We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States.
All orders are dispatched from the UK using a fully tracked express service. Delivery typically takes 5-8 working days.
All duties and import taxes are not included in the final price and if applicable, are the responsiblilty of the customer on delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Approximately 3-5 days for the UK delivery, 5-7 days for the EU delivery and 5-10 days for the USA/ Canadian delivery. 

Do you cover international duties and taxes?

Customers outside the UK are responsible for all duties and taxes.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your order within 14 days. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

To arrange a return, please email grace@suermondtknitwear.com and we will send further instructions to process your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
