We ship all items in the UK with Royal Mail 1st class signed for

- £5 postage on orders under £150
- Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays)
International Delivery
We ship internationally to the EU, USA and Canada with Royal Mail Tracked.

Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your order within 14 days. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
To arrange a return, please email grace@suermondtknitwear.com and we will send further instructions to process your return.
Once your refund has been approved, please send back via a courier service with a tracking number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
